Senegalese Fabric Collage T-Shirt Making In-Person
Families with children ages 4 and older are invited to create one-of-a-kind art using their imaginations, a plain T-shirt, and mixed fabric swatches from Senegal. This workshop will be led by William Jeanes patron, Sangue Mboup. Sangue is a Senegalese Drum Master and teacher, a musician, dancer, and storyteller. Sponsored by the Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library. Families are asked to bring one T-shirt per child for this workshop. Please contact Rachel at rfecho@mclinc.org if you are interested in participating, but financial hardship poses an obstacle.
Registration is required. Please consider opting in to receive a text reminder about this program! You will receive ONE text reminder, and your number will not be given to or used by anyone else for any other purpose at any time.
