About the Speaker: Aesha Tahir, is a marathoner and USATF certified Track and Field coach. She has finished 25 half marathons and 5 marathons. She is an ambassador for the National Distance Runners Association and works as an Exercise Physiologist at the Princeton Longevity Center.
