Raptors and Reptiles! In-Person
Indian Run Environmental Education Center will bring live raptors and reptiles to visit us at the Library! Children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th Grade are invited to attend with a parent/caregiver. Older and younger siblings are welcome!
The live animals in this program are not tolerant of a lot of noise and movement. Too much noise and movement may cause the program to be delayed or stopped briefly or entirely at the discretion of the Indian Run Environmental Education Center instructor. Therefore, adults are expected to sit with the children in their care, regardless of their age, to ensure they remain in one spot and are reasonably quiet. For the safety and comfort of the animals, and for the enjoyment of the rest of the group, audience members who exhibit noisy or otherwise disruptive behaviors will be asked to leave the room. Please keep in mind that if you are one adult bringing multiple children, and one of them must leave the room, you will be required to leave the room with any other children in your care as well. Please discuss these guidelines with your party before arriving at the program! Thank you for doing your part to show concern and care for the animals who will be visiting us!
Sponsored by the Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library. Registration is required. Please consider opting in to receive a text reminder about this program! You will receive ONE text reminder on the day of the program, and your number will not be given to or used by anyone else for any other purpose at any time.
